Messengers of Peace & Friendship is a non-governmental global action in field of tourism for introducing common aspects in cultures, traditions and ceremonies in 5 continents.
Messengers of Peace & Friendship starts its journey from Persian Gulf in Iran and will transfer the message of peace and friendship to peoples of the world by setting up different sport, art and cultural festivals in different countries. People all over the world have the right to live in peace and avoid war by relying on the common aspects of their type of life. Messengers of Peace & Friendship wants to reach to the goal of a common motto:

"We are not alone and our lives are dependant on each others."

Messengers of Peace & Friendship starts its journey passing through the land and seas and enters each country with the message of peace to the peoples despite of their race, religion, and nationality. We will live beside other people and give them some souvenirs to keep as a memorandum and we will pass the words of peace and friendship of other nations to them as the Messengers of Peace & Friendship.

Since all journeys will be eternal with their films and photos, Messengers of Peace & Friendship will record all moments of love, joy and sad with special look to commons among nations forever. A thousand hours of film and thousands of photos will be our souvenirs from this journey which we will present in various festivals to the public. These festivals will be saved as documentaries in respect to make nations close to each other. Handicrafts and local clothes of all countries are the main souvenirs in these festivals which will be presented to the local. For transferring the message of peace and friendship, we will use of puppet and pantomime play and music as an international language which do not need any translation. So we will take the spirit of peace and friendship into the depth of minds.

We can live in peace in this great world, love each other, avoid violence and wars by respecting the rights of individuals and teach our children how to live beside other beliefs and thoughts and how to plant the tree of peace and friendship in their hearts for future.

World Journey Of
Messengers Of Peace And Friendship

"Messengers of Peace and Friendship" is a world cultural and social movement in the area of tourism which symbolically starts from Persian Gulf to Mazandaran Sea and then will continue to the north-west borders of Iran. The journey will be held with cars and caravans in the – in all 5 continents. We will travel to 131 countries and meet people of the world face to face despite from their beliefs, religions, nationalities, color of the skin and races and present some gifts as a souvenir with the messages of peace and friendship.


Plans
Making documentary films for TV and cinema with special look at common aspects in world people lives.
Setting up photo and play (mime) fairs and musical concerts from different nations.
Collecting art and cultural works, handicrafts, clothes as symbols of each nation for souvenir.


Goals
· Expanding the culture of peace and friendship
· Dealing with each other and avoiding from cruelty in family and social relations
· Focusing on common aspects of the daily life's of all people around the world as the base of peace and friendship.
· Connecting different NGOs active in humanity fields (environment and social)


From The Beginning To Now

Messengers of Peace and Friendship started its activity in a wide volume from September of 2006. In 2007 they had various fairs and festivals such as "The first fair", "The dance of Butterflies" ballet play, "Voice of Peace and Friendship" a concert for women, "Peace and Friendship Mounting" to Damavand summit, "Art and Cultural Festival of Messengers of Peace and Friendship" and some other activities.
Apart from introducing international plan of Peace and Friendship, they addressed various groups of culture, art, sport and social to focus their main presence in this action.
They started 2008 with settling Persian Gulf secretariat campaign to provide the needs of the journey all around the world.
The plan of Messengers of Peace and Friendship has been formally registered (no. 11677) in the National Library and Archives of Iran and after getting necessary authorizations and confirmations with providing a statute started its activities as a non-governmental organization (NGO).

Peace and Friendship documentary film

The global journey of Messengers of Peace and Friendship will be filmed in a 131-series TV documentary film as a cultural and social action.
This film will be provided by a professional group with a special look at common aspects of world peoples' social life and focusing on culture, art, and tourism attractions in different parts of the world.
This film will be shown online through internet TV network of Messengers of Peace and Friendship website.


Art and Cultural Plans of Messengers of Peace and Friendship

The journey of Messengers of Peace and Friendship will be pictured in thousands of photos during the way and a collection of daily itinerary will be provided and published at the end of the journey.
Messengers of Peace and Friendship will be settled and presented various fairs, festivals, concerts, plays with the cooperation of local art and cultural groups of different countries. All souvenirs, photos, films and so on will be presented to the public during the festivals and fairs.
