The main topics of messengers of peace and Friendship convoy Introduction: The Messengers of Peace and Friendship with the goal of delivering the message of Iranians to the people of 131 countries in the world will travel to 5 continents, besides introducing and making connections among free nations and peace seekers in the world, they also introduce tourist attractions and cultural heritage of Iran. This caravan with the help of some different groups which are in search of peace and friendship among nations and the partnership of private sector has taken form as a people oriented movement. One of the main goals of this movement is to introduce the gifted and the intellectuals living abroad and to invite them to cooperate more with the children of Iran blue land. This movement is completely non-political and rejects any connections to any political groups, governmental and non-governmental organizations. We also plan to introduce Iran values and achievements and its ancient history.
This project can be divided into 3 major phases:
1) First phase; preparation before the journey, 2) Second phase; plans during the journey, 3) Third phase; after journey plans (setting up festivals).
Preparation before the Journey: 1) Design and production of 2 big and small flags with the pattern of Messengers of Peace and Friendship. 2) Making a brooch with the logo of Messengers of Peace and Friendship made of shinny metal with gold plating. 3) Making a glass plaque, as the sign of Messengers of Peace and Friendship. 4) Managing and updating the site of (www.solhvadosti.org) to inform members by sending e-newsletters. This site was made to cover the news and to give information during the journey. Form the very beginning of this plan and formation of the first phase till today their duty has been giving updated news along with live pictures. 5) Printing and distributing special newsletter of peace and friendship. 6) Summon and gathering of art works, graphics, pictures and caricatures in two groups of amateurs and professionals. One of the important plans before the start of this journey is to setup specialized artistic and cultural Fairs. A selection of top quality works will be gathered in a book with the subject of Messengers of Peace and Friendship. For introducing this artistic work, the publication will be in two languages, Farsi and English. A fair will be setup to display artistic, graphics, pictures, and caricatures in Tehran in the two groups mentioned above. With the help and cooperation of artistic groups, UNESCO and UNICEF different fairs will be set up in Tehran and other countries. 7) Summoning to receive gifts and letters from grandparents that they have never seen their grandchildren. One of the symbolic movement of Messengers of Peace and Friendship is to gather letters and gifts of one hundred grandparents whom they have not seen their grandchildren or for any reason their children live abroad. 8) Issuing of membership cards of Messengers of Peace and Friendship and giving special privileges to the members. All people that are considered as supporters of this international project of Messengers of Peace and Friendship are looked as shareholders of this plan. For all members in and out of the country an ID card will be issued. Also information and daily news of Messengers of Peace and Friendship will be sent to them as routine. The registration of these people is done through internet and without any doubt their names will be known for ever in history as supporters of peace and friendship in the world. 9) Attracting supports of people and activists (public and private) who are involved in the field of peace (domestic and international). 10) Participating in specialized fairs such as, sports, tourism industry, and etc (Iran tourism, world tourism). 11) Preparation of a documentary film from tourist attractions of Iran, which will include advertisements of producers, businessmen and outstanding managers in Iran in various science and technology fields. 12- Giving information and forming an agreement with government and non-government units, such as (services, commercial, production, industrial) in accordance to attract financial and spiritual support. · Supplying all necessities and equipment, such as (cars and vehicles, communication equipment, portable computer and related equipments, photography and filming equipment, clothing, etc.) before the journey. · Supplying gifts and cultural packages such as handicrafts and consumable food products. 13) Giving information to companies and active producing factories, industries, services, cultural centers out of Iran (Iranian and non-Iranian) to attract financial and spiritual support. Financial and spiritual supporters not only in Iran but also in other foreign companies can take part in this project and cover portion of the costs of this journey. 14) Giving information to foreign embassies in Iran for setting up different festivals in their esteemed country. By providing news and information of Messengers of Peace and Friendship to all foreign embassies in Iran to attract other NGOs, cultural organizations and universities to have proper and fruitful cooperation and collaboration in transferring cultures. 15) to make connection with people (artists, scientific and cultural figures, Iranian artists in and out of the country) for the purpose of performing cultural and artistic programs which later on will lead to concerts, cultural fairs (art, graphics, caricatures and photography) before and during the journey. 16) The book of Messengers of Peace and Friendship. One of the other gifts of Messengers of Peace and Friendship is the book in the same name, in a complete text explaining the outmost of this project and selective works of the festivals in Iran in the subject of peace and friendship. This book will be in two languages, Farsi and English covering the following topics. 17) Introducing and advertising of Messengers of Peace and Friendship in the media. The kinds of media which will be involved in the plan of Messengers of Peace and Friendship and to announce the economical and spiritual supporters, information to the public will be done through: 17-1- Television and radio 17-2- Daily published news papers 17-3- Technical and general magazines 17-4- Internet 17-5- Publishing of specialized news letters 17-6- City billboards 17-7- Big city TV monitors (giving information before and during the journey) 17-8- Advertising brochures 17-9- Setting up fairs (public and specialized) 17-10- Advertising through multi-media in cultural, economical, tourism and recreation centers. 17-11-setting up informative booths 18) Constructing a monument of the convoy of Messengers of Peace and Friendship in one of the main squares of Tehran with cooperation and coordination of city council and municipality of Tehran. In one of the main squares of the city a stone structure will be built and will be revealed to the public as the symbol of international movement registered for the future generation, also a plaque will be mounted on this monument with the name of all Messengers of Peace and Friendship. 19) Producing and broadcasting a documentary film with the name of Messengers of Peace and Friendship to introduce the plan during the journey with the cooperation of film unions and broadcasting networks in local TV shows and satellite and multimedia CDs. This TV program by presenting the first news and information of the plan will start introducing the host and supporters of Messengers of Peace and Friendship and there after in proceeding parts other reports about the journey and achievements will be aired on TV internally and out of the country. The first parts of these TV series will be aired before the journey during the first phase. Also along with TV programs, in large size city monitors on the streets of the city the same program will be broadcasted. The ending of first principals of Messengers of Peace and Friendship in the first phase (preparation before journey) Without any doubt any suggestions and cooperation on this project as a form of financial and spiritual sponsorship will be considered and complete privileges and rights of financial and spiritual is reserved in the name of Payam Avaran Institute. We are hoping our colleagues on this project, at the first phase of preparation to receive full cooperation of all peace lovers. People that are considered as the most important part of this project and with pride and success our plan can enter to the second phase. It is necessary at the end of the first phase to thank and appreciate all people who supported the youngsters of Iran in this project. For all people involved I wish good health from the merciful and mighty God, and for Iran I wish joy and pride.
PROGRAMS 1- The First Fair of Peace and Friendship The first peace and friendship fair was hold with the presence of some intellectuals such as Mr. Kashigar, Mr. Sadr, Ms. Seirafi, and dear artist Rasoul Najafian on 12 May 2007 (22 Ordibehesht 1386) in Khaneye Honarmandan. The presence and contribution of different societies such as culture, art, sport was great in the fair and each one investigated the necessity of all Iranians in this plan. Amin Jahanshahi In the fair played some national and folkloric songs. At the end 2 peace pigpens were freed. 2- Artistic Activities (Play and Music) in Relation with Extension of Peace and Friendship Culture · Butterflys' Dance; Peace Soldiers by supervision of Hamed Nasrabadian were played in the international modern ballet in Armenia on 27 July 2007 (5 Mordad 1386) · Peace and Friendship Song; Saman Booyan group with the sound of Zohreh Karimnia as a singer were played a concert for women in Talar Vahdat 26 August 2007 (4 Shahrivar 1386) 3- Sport Activities in Relation with the Extension of Peace and Friendship Culture · Peace and Friendship Mount; Messengers of Peace and Friendship in a symbolic action with the contribution of a voluntary group and support of Iran Mountaineering Federation mounted Damavand mountain. A tour of 36 escorted the 14 mountaineers to the foot of Damavand. Mountaineers in homogenous cloths with the symbol of Messengers of Peace and Friendship on them and flags of Messengers of Peace and Friendship mounted up to the summit of Damavand and swing the flag over it. 4- Cultural Activities in Relation with the Extension of Peace and Friendship Culture Messengers of Peace and Friendship with the cooperation of Literature site of Valse executed the First Peace and Friendship Festival of art and literature from the point of view of poem, novel, photo and caricature. The works are selected by 12 famous and literate jurors in 4 fields and the selected ones will be printed in a book Peace and Friendship to be presented to the cultural characteristics in other countries during the journey of Messengers of Peace and Friendship. 5- The Fair of Peace and Friendship Children Messengers of Peace and Friendship will hold the festival of peace and friendship children with the support of Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults (Kanoon) and interested individuals in Iran. This festival will be held in different fields of drawing, poem, novel, letter writing with the goal of extension of peace and friendship culture among children of Iran. The works will be selected by the famous and literate jurors and a plaque of messengers of peace and friendship will be presented to them. Also the works will be printed in a book of Peace and Friendship Messages of Iran's Children to be presented to the cultural characteristics around the world. 6- The Iran Tourism Guide Pamphlet The Iran tourism guide pamphlet will be published in the form of a book and multimedia CD to introduce the attractive place, historical places, handicrafts, nature sources and tribes culture of Iran. This pamphlet which will be the first guide paper to introduce Iran from the special point of view of marketing and advertising in tourism in Iran, will be distributed in other countries by the Messengers of Peace and Friendship in their journey.
Active Presence in Press From the start of the action of Messengers of Peace and Friendship various local and foreign Medias (TV, Radio, News Agencies, Newspapers, …) has broadcasted its activities in the form of news, interview and article.
